An Introduction to People Analytics

This course is led by Jonathan Ferrar and David Green and will give you a great introduction into the importance of People Analytics and why most leading companies around the world are now investing in this field.

The objective of this course is to provide aspiring people analytics professionals and HR business partners with a solid foundation in why people analytics is critical to helping HR provide real business value. By taking this course you will get an excellent grounding in what people analytics is, and how the best companies are using people analytics to become more successful and provide an exceptional employee experience.


Introduction to GDPR for HR

This course led by Kim Bradford will introduce you to the General Data Protection Regulation, and by extension the Data Protection Act 2018, outlining what this law is and why it matters to HR professionals as well as the companies they work for.

You will learn what is the GDPR, why has the law changed, and why does it matter to individuals, companies, and HR professionals? The course also covers how and where you should look to implement changes within your day to day activities. All delegates who pass the end of course assessment will receive a CPD Certificate as evidence of their learning.


How to Use Statistics in your People Analytics Projects

This short "how to" course led by Ben Teusch provides a practical guide on introducing statistical tests into a people analytics project and the steps to follow when working through your analysis.

The objective of this course is to provide you with some practical insights on how to think through the critical steps of a people analytics project and to use statistical tests in both Excel and R. On completing this course, you will have a better understanding of how to get started with using statistics in your people analytics projects, and on how to move from Excel to using R for a multiple linear regression model.

How to Create a Governance Model for People Analytics

In this course led by Jonathan Ferrar, you will learn how to create strong governance for your people analytics function and understand how to build the six different types of governance for people analytics.

Governance is the underpinning element of all people analytics. It ensures the right people provide direction for work, that the structure and stewardship for managing data are appropriate and applicable to your organisation and that you are managing the risks associated with people analytics in a clear and proper manner.
