When do courses start and finish? +

Access to courses starts now and never ends! All of our online training courses are completely self-paced - you decide when you start and when you finish.

How long do I have access to courses? +

After enrolling, you have unlimited access to all of our courses for as long as you have a subscription to the academy - across any and all devices you own.

How long does each course last? +

Our courses vary from 45 minutes long to just over 2 hours long and each course is broken down into bitesized modules, so you can watch and learn whenever you want and wherever you are.

Can I watch the courses on my mobile? +

Yes! Our website is mobile optimised so you can watch videos and access content on the go, just visit our site via your mobile and all of the courses will be available for you to watch wherever you are.

Do I get a certificate for completing a course? +

Yes, upon completing any course or pathway on the myHRfuture Academy, you will receive a digital badge and a PDF certificate to show that you have completed all of the course content.

How do I get my certificate or digital badge? +

Once you've completed a course or pathway in myHRfuture, we will send you an email within 48-72 hours with instructions on how you can claim your badge and certificate.

What if I want to cancel my subscription? +

On either plan, you can cancel at any time via the subscription management portal. On the monthly plan, you are only committed to one month at a time, and on the annual plan, there is a minimum commitment of 12 months.

Help! All I get is a Loading screen, I can't access the platform? +

If you are accessing the myHRfuture Academy platform via your corporate network then you may experience an issue with internal firewalls. Please contact us at support@myhrfuture.com to get details on the simple steps you will need to take to whitelist our platform.

I haven't received my activation email, what can I do? +

Sometimes the activation email might get routed to your junk or spam folder, so please check there first. If you still haven't received it, then please contact us at support@myhrfuture.com
