About this Certification

The learning pathway ‘Introduction to Digital HR’ empowers you to build the technical skills and knowledge you need to support your HR function drive business outcomes in a digital age. By completing this learning pathway, you will develop a solid understanding of what digital challenges exist for HR and how to overcome them. You will also understand what the term ‘digital’ means for a progressive HR function and how to create a successful digital HR strategy for your organisation.

Our mix of training courses, videos, interviews, podcasts, case studies and articles help you build tactical skills while providing real life context to what you’ve learnt. By completing this certification, you will develop a foundational knowledge of how to accelerate digital transformation and change across your HR function. You will understand the innovations in HR technology and how to over come digital challenges HR face to drive real business value and ensure your organisation wins in the marketplace.


 

Pathway Curriculum

 

Module 1 - What is the Digital Challenge for HR?  

This module consists of 3 videos and will take approximately 1 hour and 10 mins to complete.

Module 2 - Defining the Customer experience of HR

This module consists of 2 videos and 1 podcast and will take approximately 1 hour and 10 mins to complete

Module 3 - Innovations in HR Technology

This module consists of 3 videos and 2 articles and 1 podcast and will take approximately 1 hour and 40 minutes to complete.

Module 4 - Driving Digital Transformation and Change in HR

This module consists of 3 videos and 3 articles and will take approximately 1 hour and 10 mins to complete.

Volker Jacobs

Is the CEO and Co-Founder of TI People. Volker holds degrees in economics and information sciences, has worked for U.S. and European consulting companies and started his own HR management consulting business that he sold to CEB. At CEB, Volker held a senior management position with a global responsibility for HR consulting and HR technology before co-founding TI People. Volker regularly works with CHROs and Heads of HR Strategy on innovation & digitalisation of HR.

Ian Bailie

Is the Managing Director of myHRfuture and an advisor and consultant for start-ups focused on HR technology and People Analytics, including Adepto, Worklytics and CognitionX. In his previous role as the Senior Director of People Planning, Analytics and Tools at Cisco Systems, he was responsible for delivering the tools and insights to enable and transform the planning, attraction and management of talent across the organisation globally.

Sonia Allinson-Penny 

Has built a 20+ year career at the forefront of strategic and international HR. Working for brands such as ABN AMRO, Allianz and Swiss Re, she has held multiple global responsibilities such as Head of Leadership Development, Head of Talent and Resourcing and Head of HR Shared Services. Her focus is on guiding companies and individuals with the human side of their business, increasingly important in the digital era. An experienced facilitator at the C-suite level, with blue chip leadership expertise, her work has developed into a portfolio career where she consults to both start-ups and large corporates on topics such as leadership, digitisation and culture change.

Chris Rowlands

is the CxHR Measurement Product Manager at TI People where he focuses on how companies can measure the Customer Experience of HR and Employee Experience. Chris works with large global organisations to use journey mapping and EX measurements to identify a “single point of truth” for EX to enable companies to make employee experience a continuous improvement effort rather than a one-time project.
