Ian Bailie - Managing Director, myHRfuture

Ian Bailie is the Managing Director of myHRfuture.com and an advisor and consultant for start-ups focused on HR technology and People Analytics, including Adepto, Worklytics and CognitionX.  In his previous role as the Senior Director of People Planning, Analytics and Tools at Cisco Systems, he was responsible for delivering the tools and insights to enable and transform the planning, attraction and management of talent across the organisation globally.  Ian is passionate about HR technology and analytics and how to use both to transform the employee experience and prepare companies for the Future of Work.

Jonathan Ferrar - Executive Director, Insight222 Limited

Jonathan Ferrar is the co-founder and CEO of Insight222 Limited. He is a respected consultant, speaker, author and business advisor in HR strategy, workforce analytics, and the Future of Work globally. Before become a consulting entrepreneur, Jonathan worked and lived for more than 25 years in corporate business in both the United Kingdom and the United States, for IBM, Andersen Consulting and Lloyds Bank. He is a Chartered Fellow and Board Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (Chartered FCIPD) and the Co-Author of the book, The Power of People: Learn How Successful Organizations Use Workforce Analytics to Improve Business Performance (Pearson FT Press, May 2017).

Volker Jacobs, Executive Director, Insight222 Limited

Volker Jacobs is the CEO and founder of TI People and an Executive Director and co-founder of Insight222 Limited. Volker holds degrees in economics and information sciences, has worked for U.S. and European consulting companies and started his own HR management consulting business that he sold to CEB. At CEB, Volker held a senior management position with a global responsibility for HR consulting and HR technology before co-founding TI People.

David Green, Non-Executive Director, Insight222 Limited

David Green is a globally respected speaker, advisor and executive consultant on People Analytics, data-driven HR and the future of work. He works with HR practitioners and organisations to leverage analytical insights from employee data to drive business outcomes, increase performance and improve employee experience and well-being. Prior to launching his own consultancy business (Zandel Limited) and taking up board advisor roles at Insight222 and TrustSphere, David was the Global Director of People Analytics Solutions at IBM Watson Talent. As such, David has extensive experience in helping organisations embark upon and accelerate their People Analytics journeys.
